Yesterday was my sugar day and I indulged. Today is a no sugar day and I think that I'm going to be okay with it. I have already checked it off on my to-list, so there is no going back. I said that I wasn't going to indulge and I'm not going back on my word. My next sugar day is Tuesday. I can wait that long.
