Today the sky is a mixture of "grayish" clouds and blue sky. I have never seen anything quite like this before and it's all because it is soooo windy and the farmers are out plowing their fields. There was actually a dust alert last night when I checked the weather. The soil is so fine here that the soil is lifted into the atmosphere and it colors the clouds... just another oddity that you will see in Manitoba!!
And oh yes... because of the wind last night, a tree came down by the side of our driveway. We were lucky that it didn't fall across the driveway... but in the ditch! Never a dull moment in the prairies!
